The story is of a bad guy trying to steal the moon but gets involved in taking care of three orphan girls. They of course turn him into a nice guy and the story goes on from. Early word of mouth is pretty good and eonline gave it a B+. Good to hear for Steve Carrell.
Update: Despicable Me raked in $21.7M on its opening day, Friday. Whoo hoo!
